         MapObjects 是一種 32 位元 ActiveX control （ OCX ）介面元件， 提供程
         式研發人員在一般發展環境中， 例如 VisualBasic 4.0、Delphi 2.0 、Visual
         ++ 4.0 等，發展他們所需要的 GIS 應用程式。MapObjects 符合微軟 OLE（
         Oject Linking and Embedding ） 2.0 標準，提供三十多種 OLE 自動化物件

         NOTE -- The Data & Maps set mentioned above has already been released
         by TFL.  ESRI packages these in with EVERYTHING it sells.  We
         discussed whether we should include those cds again in this set, and
         eventually decided against it, since they're not a part of the app
         itself and we have no wish to see every ESRI release including all
         those cds.  We'll probably get some shit for this, but then we'd have
         gotten shit if we'd included them, too.  So there we go.
